Katherine Billiot, Psy.D., BCB, BCN

Dr. Katherine Billiot Psychology Specialist

I take a comprehensive and results-oriented approach in my work, with your success as my main goal. Your comfort, safety, privacy, trust, and consent are my top priorities. My communication style is straightforward and free of jargon, focusing on empowerment and assertiveness.

Together, we will celebrate achievements and learn from setbacks, recognizing that they are a natural part of personal growth and change.

I specialize in cognitive training with neurofeedback, trauma processing, stress management, performance enhancement, and multi-modality interventions for psychological and anxiety disorders including panic, chronic worry, PTSD, and phobias.

I am deeply passionate about biofeedback and neurofeedback, as many mental health issues, especially anxiety disorders, have their roots in the body and are entrenched in the brain.  After 20 years in the field, I am excited to offer home-based cognitive training and neurofeedback. With a monthly subscription, you’ll have unlimited access to training sessions and assessments, making it more affordable and accessible than office based treatment.

My eclectic approach to clinical psychology allows me to adapt my therapeutic styles, from dynamic to cognitive-behavioral, based on the individual and their needs. I emphasize a collaborative approach by providing treatment options rather than demands. I have have personally and professionally witnessed the remarkable transformations enabled by trauma processing interventions.

The triad of learning to manage automatic body responses, retraining the brain from long-standing habits, and releasing trauma form an exceptionally effective strategy for addressing a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.

I love public speaking.
